Cancellation Policy
To respect my time as well as my clients and ensure you have an enjoyable experience, please read all policies below !
DEPOSITS:
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
PAYMENTS:
Venmo, PayPal, cash, and you are able to use your card on profile!
CANCELLATIONS:
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made 24-48 hours in advance In which you will not loose your deposit . •Late cancellations (under 24 hours), same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50% service charge.
LATE ARRIVAL
• A 5-minute grace period is given. Anything over 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show or if contacted and able to still squeeze you in, there will be a late fee charged $10.
EXTRA GUESTS:
I do not mind extra guests but they must sit in the waiting area while you are being serviced.
WHILE IN MY CHAIR:
Please refrain from being on the phone especially FaceTime calls. When you are talking, your brow muscles move as well making it harder to create even brows. Please take this time to relax.
